I like that it's easy to keep track of equipment, as in how long something is staying there or being used. Also gives me all info about the different pieces of machinery which helps me plan all over! A few times i have not been able to find certain things but after a short while they do pop up again, so don't worry too much ;) Really helpful for tracking my employees' personal days off with their managers approval! Not really anything negative just yet except for maybe occasionally looking at it during work hours where you are worried if someone is going to find out or that someone could steal your login information (happened once). Tracking personal time and other important details. It also helps me make sure everyone logs into this enough throughout the week when needed. Makes sure people aren't taking breaks without authorization. I like that it's easy to use. It's also very flexible and can be customized to fit your needs. The only thing I dislike is how it doesn't have an option for recurring invoices. If you're looking for something simple, but customizable, StackFM is a great tool. I've used other tools in the past, but they were not as user friendly or customizable. We're able to create custom reports and track our equipment usage without having to rely on paper and spreadsheets.
