This is a mount for certain 2017 and 2018 Samsung QLED 75 inch TVs, but it could be a lot better. Advantages: 1. Durable. 2. It is easy to hang your TV on it after attaching the matching brackets to the TV and wall. Cons: 1. Too short to span two studs unless two studs are exactly where you want to place the TV. The mount can be mounted anywhere and spans two studs (16" center) and should be slightly longer than 32". In my personal opinion, a TV mount that is rated for TVs weighing around 100 pounds should attach to two studs. 2. The recommended hole size is 1/8 inch for stud mounting screws. too small for screws. Additionally, the heads of these 2" screws are designed for small Phillips screwdrivers and are easy to remove with the torque required to drive them into the stud. Trust me, a 3.5" deck screw is easier to drive compared to these. Larger threaded hex bolts would be much better. 3A Drywall anchors are not included, which is unforgivable given that the brace is so short that drywall anchors are almost always needed in typical residential walls. If you can only install on a stud, the instructions recommend using twelve 1/4" toggles. A short brace is more difficult to align than a long one. A shorter shackle is less tolerant of measuring and drilling errors. My old brace was 35 inches long and only required four heavy duty screws with two stud lags. This mount requires up to two bolt holes and twelve additional holes for drywall anchors. The holes and slots are big enough for 1/4" screws, but not much play. Even if you mark the holes perfectly on the wall, the drill bits can creep through a bit. You have to be careful. A slight tilt in a 20-in -Bracket converts into a TV that hangs noticeably crooked on the wall.Also note that the wall anchors are only rated for 5 ft-lbs of torque to avoid cracking or loosening the drywall.4.The instructions are split into several pages, very confusing and written in 16 languages Instructions vary by TV model and year and differ depending on whether you have a curved TV, a flat TV with a gap, a flat TV without a gap or a flat TV want to install on a downward incline, so this mount does what it was designed to do, but could be improved to make it more user-friendly during installation.
