1. They should come with the truck, but that's not the point. 2. I ordered them to install and 3 out of 4 installed quite easily but the 4th just didn't fit anywhere. Tried turning it, still doesn't work. The remaining 3 will fit in all 4 holders, and the fourth will not fit in any of them. I tried to loosen it with some oil and a hammer. Nothing. So exchanged and Revain sent me a new set, same problem. I've found that some of them hold the carbon in place where it doesn't come off cleanly. I wasn't upset the first time, but when it happened in the second set I wasn't impressed and wouldn't buy them for that reason.
