To be honest, this is the only food we buy. We have a lovebird and as he was on a strict semen diet prior to our adoption the transition was accepted with ease. He still hates pellets but we added Harrison Superfine Pellets to this mix for him and he eats them. When we started feeding him pap he was very ill and weighed up to 43 grams. He was cured of an unknown illness after he started eating the food and has since maintained a healthy weight of 50 grams . The freshness of this food and the quality is amazing. I would never buy anything other than Harrison's! You feed your family healthy, fresh food, your bird is part of the family and deserves the best, and with Harrison's you have the best!
