They are packaged wholesale, not retail. Supplied with instructions and product in a plastic bag. Would love to save some money. The bag is recyclable in my area and the product is exactly the same as 3050-P. I have another Nissan at work and if I add trailer brakes I will buy this one again. Works great with my Primus IQ controller.
