I like that it's inexpensive! We were looking at other products but they are really expensive while this one was cheap enough so we went for it.

It works well enough however if you have any issues contact customer service as quickly because there isn't much support within their system itself (aside form when your product expires) which makes them useless after the first year or two without an upgrade - not good considering how low priced these units typically are. You get what u pay frugally here though- nothing fancy/nice about it just basic functionality - perfect for my needs.
