I didn't buy the jacket so much for sporting reasons, but simply to have a light jacket to wear on cold days. Trust me when I say this jacket is NOT for spring and early fall! As soon as you put this jacket on you start to sweat and that is mainly due to the inner mesh. You have to understand that this jacket is not so much for stylish/casual wear. It can be worn as a sports/cycling jacket. you have been warned Good thing it has under arm zips to keep you cool and they really help! Now to the sizes: This jacket runs small. My guess is that the armpits where he has the zips tend to bulge, which can cause mild discomfort. I returned the jacket in a size larger. I usually wear medium in outerwear. I'm 170 pounds, 5ft 10-5ft 11" and feel medium under the arms which causes a bit of discomfort and for the price I wanted a jacket I was comfortable in so I upgraded to a larger one Size (large) reset to be more comfortable. The jacket is good but the price is too high in my opinion. If you just want to wear it for everyday, wear it in late fall and winter. For sporting reasons, you really can't go wrong.
