Review on LawnAid by Chris Wade

This is my first year using this program for both mowing & edging of large landscapes as well as small shrubberies in backyards that are less than 2 acres (one acre landscaped). It's been really helpful with tracking time spent working where I have more landscape work to do but no one else available or willing/able enough at times! Not much dislike so far - mainly because it does what we need it too. The customer service can be better though when there isn't an immediate response after contacting through their website. If things don't go how they want them to then sometimes getting answers takes weeks even months if not years later. That would definitely help make people feel valued. Tracking your own hours has never before seemed quite practical until now! The ease of setting up an account for my service is what I love best about this product! It's very user friendly from start till finish with no glitches at all!! Our customers are so happy that they can finally enjoy their yard without worrying if it will be watered or fertilized properly. Setting schedules has never been easier than when using these programs along side your phone app as well. !
