Love this coffee maker, only problem for me is early breakage
I love this coffee maker. I was so excited to buy it for my birthday this year for myself.It has lived up to all that I wanted, except that it broke 7 months in. The issue with that is that Ninja customer service is a bit difficult. It's been a month and I had the wrong replacement part shipped for 24 dollars. They then wanted me to pay 24 more for another part. All of this has to be done while I'm home with the unit, which is difficult. I hope that it is not normal to break this early, but if yours does it is very annoying.
