I grind my teeth so badly at night that I have had dentists make me top and bottom night caps for years. I usually go through them quickly due to my intense grinding, but if they last at least 2 years they will start to get rough and yellow. Using this product will keep them clean for as long as possible. Remember this is NOT what you want to breathe. each bowl while holding your breath. After 10 minutes, I can rinse off, scrub with warm water to get the remaining blue residue out of the crevices, and fix them every week without much fuss.
