Not just for channels

Update this (7/25/21). I had to remove the side panel foil and 1 fan I was using; as soon as the summer really started as the restriction was too big! With only one piece in front of the fan on the front. Too many restrictions to use this material. I've used similar stuff before. This time I use it to filter and reduce fan noise on my computer. To be honest it's not as free as I would like. You need a more powerful fan to push air through. Although this reduces the fan noise, it comes with a slight limitation. A lazy fan won't be able to push or pull this. The limitation isn't radical, but it's enough to mark it. This material from Lisol isn't bad, and in fact some of them also hide floor vents. fibers everywhere! Be careful when cutting this material in your device. Fibers go everywhere when cut! I took a photo to show how much, just on the fan cover. The included protruding velcro part is very good. I cut it in half to wrap the fan (see picture) and it worked great! Basically, I attached it to the side and bottom fans to reduce the amount of dust. For the side panel, this was mainly necessary to reduce the noise from the graphics card. I dropped a handful loosely into the front fan area. Bottom line, temperatures increased about 3 degrees C (from 27 to 30) with the addition of an external fan with a top puller (see review elsewhere). Actually not that bad. It goes up to 40 under load and levels off around 37. yes it is quiet I hardly hear the crazy fans of Turbo Blast graphics cards. If you want to filter the air, this filter is definitely not bad. You get a huge amount and it comes with a hook to secure it.
