The ability to have multiple tabs open at once has been great when working with clients. I can have one tab open with my email and another with a document that they are reviewing. I also love how easy it is to use. It has made our process of creating a plan very efficient! Sometimes the software freezes or closes unexpectedly. This happens rarely but does happen. Make sure you are using the latest version as there were some changes recently. We are solving the problem of not having enough time to talk with each client face to face. This helps us get more work done in less time.
