I like best is it's simplicity to use with no advanced configuration required - just install & go! It can be used as an internal app or in conjunction w/eCommerce platform (such as Magento). Also there are some customizations available if you have specific needs such as adding more fields etc but they aren't overly complex so not much work involved here either. The reports could also do better at providing all of the information requested by users without having to drill down multiple levels into sub-reports which helps maintain their sanity when trying to get info from them quickly. We've been using meminfo since mid 2014 & haven't had any issues until now. They're working hard to improve things however we cannot move forward unless this issue gets resolved. This has caused us significant downtime due to our clients being unable to access data via API calls during business hours.
