CREATE YOUR OWN FACILITIES AND BUY WICKING MATERIALS. I've been using Lampe Berger lamps for over 20 years, so I know my way around. I have bought many wicks from Lampe Berger and other brands. This is my first experience with such a poor quality wick. The first didn't burn, but I figured it might and started using the second. The second wick burned a little longer, but not as long as I would like and definitely didn't deodorize the air. I've noticed that the fit isn't as good as others I've used. I tried adjusting the fit and it fell apart. I buy wicks so that I always have them on hand and that the return period has expired once I have used them. waste of money. I will not give or buy.
