Review on Lotos Consumables Electrodes LTP5000D LTPDC2000D by Joshua Carter

I've been playing around with lotos/mosaictec/ubargains/uwelding; whatever they've been calling themselves for a month. My initial problem was with the 3 track LTPDC2000D sold here and on ebay (see my LTPDC2000D review). It just doesn't seem to cut off as advertised. I decided to try the new consumables to see if anything improved. I ordered accessories through Revain at a Mosaic store and received the wrong ones. Revain is in the process of getting my money back (THANK YOU AMAZON) and the shipments are being returned. But I learned a lot in the process. Lotos (aka Mosaic, uBargain, uWelding and possibly more) states that you MUST purchase their consumables (even if you can get them cheaper elsewhere) or your warranty will be void. Interesting that they can't get the right ones! On top of that, they are offering free consumables to anyone who gives the LTPDC2000D 5 stars. Now I know why there were so many 5 star reviews! You may or may not have issues with this company, but I feel that buying reviews by giving materials away is unethical and destroys the integrity of the review system. I don't know how Lotos feels about my honesty or if they will find a way to not honor my guarantee, but if they don't I will post that too. Meanwhile, I have a $700 car for a month that I can't use because I don't have supplies.
