Review on Maxpow Compatible Integra Struts Supports by Brent Ayyagari

Fits 1998 Integra. Not as smooth as stock Showa struts, but it works. I can lift it halfway and the hatch opens all the way. When fully extended it makes a "pulling" or "scratching" sound, it may need lubrication. There is more resistance on the way down, so close the hatch tight! I noticed the trunk lights the next day when I walked into my garage and the hatch was closed but not latched. The biggest complaint is when it hits the body, I have two marks where the paint has peeled off due to the impact. See photo.
