Review on Steelman 96218 2 Inch 30 250 Micro Adjustable by Tim Evans
Basically a cup that only moves in one direction.
My employer provides these for free and I have used 3 of these, 2 brand new right out of the box. The sag mechanism is faulty and will fail for a number of reasons, such as not yielding at all, having barely any sag, and yielding more than once per torque.
