Excellent Customer Experience Platform

It is very easy for any customer service rep or manager, regardless of their skillset in sales management/lead generation.

The training modules are comprehensive enough that new users will be able understand how everything works without being overwhelmed by too much data at once (especially helpful if they have limited technical knowledge). Very intuitive platform! Great tool overall but it would help with ease-of use even more than what we already see from such great products like Zapier & Intercom - especially since some teams aren't using those as often now due mainly because there's so many other options out here today -- just not all free ones either ;) We're solving one problem right away which was lead quality control. There were several instances where leads weren’t properly qualified before contacting us about them via email--we've been getting closer over time though still needing improvement :).
