Excellent Customer Experience Platform

It is very easy for any customer service rep or manager, regardless of their skillset in sales management/lead generation. The training modules are comprehensive enough that new users will be able understand how everything works without being overwhelmed by too much data at once (especially helpful if they have limited technical knowledge). Very intuitive platform! Great tool overall but it would help with ease-of use even more than what we already see from such great products like Zapier &…

Easy-to implement marketing attribution solution

The simplicity of it all is great! You can easily add your favorite social media platforms, or even Google search queries into this tool for some quick results with minimal effort required from my end as well (it's self service afterall). I would like more customization options in terms of adding new applications/pages that are not already supported by default so we could have better insights about our users activities - but overall very happy user here!! Super convenient for keeping track of employee availability

This tool is very easy-to use, fast loading time for results and has all of my contacts in one place without having to search through multiple apps or databases! There isn't anything I dislike about this product so far but if there was something that would be nice it's just knowing what other people are looking at within their group chat as well as seeing which groups they're interacting with most often throughout our day (if any).
