Easy to clean and cook without a stick.
Haven't used it often enough to appreciate durability. But now I have several Casaware pans with the same finish that I use and love often. No stick. easy to clean. I only bring them to a maximum of 425 degrees. I have not used them at 450Β°. I had no problems with warping. I simply adjust the cooking time by adding 5 to 8 minutes. I have recommended these pans to friends. FYI, I have a Bundt pan, a bread pan and a pizza pan. I will soon buy a baking tray with a cooling shelf.
