So the chains themselves and pulley were fine and working as expected. However, the chain guide posts (where the bolt goes) were a different height than the OEM guides, and I had to look for shorter bolts. There's nothing like taking half the engine apart, thinking you've got all the bases covered, and stopping halfway to run to the hardware store for screws.
