One included adapter is massive - nothing fits

I bought this hoping to integrate it into a PoE network in a new build. I was hoping to use some of these to power MoCa adapters (Actiontec) and IP cameras (Foscam). Unfortunately, the ends of the cable going from the splitter to the device are MASSIVE - and there's only one. So far I haven't found any device that supports this (2 cameras and 1 MoCA adapter. Why not include more than 1 size if it's universal? If only 1 is shipped why not make it smaller? From this link TP doesn't Do not offer support on the phone and live chat support never answered Avoid this product and company.
