Great for inner hips, flutes, spine, hamstrings, quads

I love using the foam roller to roll out the pain in my muscles, the hurt that happens with this thing is worth it, I use it 2x a week, much more affordable than seeing a massuse stop being lazy! Get a foam roller and USE it BI weekly!

Pros

I do back exercises with this roller and am very satisfied.

Cons

Not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as osteoporosis or arthritis
