I am writing this to warn others of the FIRE HAZARD I just encountered using this mini press. I just bought it a week ago and about 5 minutes ago I wanted to use it as usual and turned it on. It was on a stand and heating up as it EXPLODED! I'm sitting here looking at this and it's not even 12 inches from my face and when it popped it had a BIG spark! the actual machine, not the power cord or plug. I'm talking about a MINI HEAT PRESS THAT blew in my face! i am hurt now I'm so thankful he put this on me so I can turn it off quickly because I'm scared of what might cause it if I leave it and leave the room! I'm even worried now about touching it and risking electrocution or something. I wanted to save some money so I bought this instead of other more famous brands but now I'm so hurt and it sucks I can't finish my project now because I don't have a car anymore and don't want to risk that it bursts into flames, I plug it back in! :(
