They are prompt with updates and responses! We have never had an issue or problem while using this product so far!! Nothing specific at all just use it daily we love how easy its made things as well. If you want quality software i would say go ahead but make sure your asking them questions as they should be able t answer each one for yyou The ease of use of the program. There are very few steps involved in managing a pharmacy. The product is very intuitive. It is easy to find the right information for the job at hand. The program is not very user friendly to new users. I personally have been using this software for about 10 years, but have to train new users. We like the fact that we can have the software take care of things we would otherwise have to do manually. We also like that we are able to have a computerized inventory system.
