The mirror itself is fine, but difficult to install unless you're placing it on top of an old mirror.

I actually had a heated mirror and was unaware of it which made my installation very difficult (obviously not the seller's fault). The instructions state that if your mirror just cracked, you simply install it over the broken one. I strongly recommend following this advice. Removing an old mirror is tricky (I used a heat gun to soften the glue a bit). Then use glue on glue, who knows if it will work in the long run. I went ahead and used this as a temporary fix, but bought a replacement mirror assembly for a more permanent solution.
