Initially I was very happy with the product but without using the sharpener for too long the tip of the pencil broke off inside. I tried tirelessly to pull it out. The eject button is useless and trying to get into the blade seems impossible. I am extremely disappointed. I usually use a $0.99 sharpener, but decided to upgrade to sharpen faster. Now there is no way to get a tip that is exactly the tip of a sharpener. Due to the pandemic I didn't want to go through the returns process hoping to find a solution and now it's too late. If there is anyone who can help me remove the broken tip I would change my review as it ran smoothly initially but no one bothered to respond to my original query except for another disappointed customer. I would not recommend buying this sharpener.
