I bought the first one and noticed almost immediately that the dial didn't read zero, so I contacted them and they sent me the second one. I thought great, no problem. I've used the replacement maybe 6 or 7 times and again the watch face wouldn't reset so I contacted them and told them that although the circumstances had expired the warranty I wanted a refund. We exchanged 3 emails in which they claimed not to have received a photo or description of the problem which I sent them twice at their request. My last email to them was almost a week ago asking them if they had received the information and still no response. I think this is an inappropriate answer. Don't waste money.
