FIRST MESSAGE: We were actually very impressed. The intercom and phone work well and the unit was easy to install in (2) different motorcycle helmets that we have used. The only downside was that we couldn't understand each other at speeds over 40mph. Also, I couldn't listen to music on the phone at that speed. FOLLOW-UP AFTER FIRST WEEK: 1 Device stopped working properly: Lost connection to microphone. The seller said he would send a "free gift" which never arrived (just another disappointment). FOLLOW-UP AFTER 1 MONTH: Both devices lost connection. The battery of 1 device only lasts 3-4 hours. In summary: They seem to work. They will annoy you so much you will wish you had them. There's nothing worse than something that works, maybe sometimes. Suggest buying something else as this will quickly lead to disappointment and frustration. This only really works for communication stop signs; And then only for a while until it breaks. Typical Chinese product. You get what you pay for (or not really, in this case).
