The hole in the tube was very small, so small that even my smallest hook handle was almost impossible to fit (partly ) caught on it and it tore his. To take it off I tried using a rubber can handle. I then used the glass handle that was wrapped around the hook and tried prying it out with pliers. By holding one end of the pliers and rocking the other end back and forth, the tip of the hook eventually broke the wall of the tube, so I ripped off this suction cup like a banana. I thought the only way to remove it was to use a razor blade pointing down to remove it. It couldn't fit "before" the letter "K". I've injured my hands, ankles, and wrists multiple times trying to do this work on the smallest hook grip circumference I have. It was sent back and I will not try again. Possibly a manufacturing defect. In the photo - a standing pink hook of size K.
