Review on BambooMN Griddle Cutting Cooktops Vertical by Jenna Morocho

The description says the following: This chopping board corresponds to the Viking model number - HCB. It fits a 12" wide pan. It is designed for use with Viking VGIC, VGSC, VGRC open and closed burner gas ranges, Viking VDSC dual fuel ranges and Viking VGRT open and closed burner gas ranges. It was too big. Only 1/2" longer. I laid it down by slicing a bit off the bottom of the board. Luckily it had two "rails" so I didn't have to cut the entire length of the board. If yes I would just send it back. It was excruciating and was part of the reason I bought it so I didn't have to do it myself. However, I basically did. Not that it's super cheap. If you don't have the tools have to do something like this, or just don't want to mess with it (like me), be careful.Or be prepared to send it back.
