Arrived damaged in box. From the outside the box was perfect. The tube has multiple cuts, so the machine or person started cutting several times and also bent the tube at the factory. view photos. Then they just threw it in a box. The machine couldn't wait any longer, so I installed return/timeout anyway. Let's see if there are any other flaws. The sound is normal, not much louder than the stick. As the miles add up I'm hoping this will loosen up/revive. I would have rated it 4 stars if I hadn't received it damaged.
