Just thinking about the silicone case, not the screen protectors and lanyard (although the lanyard seems secure). I have purchased a number of screen protectors and am using the strap that came with the Edge.On to test the case. It's spongy, thick (but not too thick) silicone, very flexible yet able to absorb shock and impact. I know - I've bought this for several other devices over the years. All buttons are covered and easy to press without extra effort, it wraps perfectly and closes the edges around the screen but allows full visual access to the screen from any angle. The rear quarter turn mount is fully open so as not to interfere with the installation and not to add too much space when it needs to be close to other parts of the bike. There is a hole for a lanyard and the waterproof flap over the fork is open. The cover is easy to attach and remove when needed. The silicone is strong enough to stay in place around the edges, which is sometimes not the case with some silicone cases as there can be a "wipe to the side" if something wipes across it. Not in this case. The only claim is not specific to this case, but to silicone in general; sometimes he gathers some wool, especially when there are cats and dogs in the house. It's okay, hair here and there, not that it's too much of an attraction. All in all, a first-class and well thought-out case. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a 520 Edge or 520 Edge Plus - it fits both.
