This product is as described, ready to use, as said, plug n play. From the package, you just need to remove 4 rubber screw caps, unscrew the wall plate, drill holes, screw in the wall plate, install the charger and screw back to the wall plate, and return the rubber screw plugs. Drill holes for the nose loading holder and wire holder and you are done. Assuming you already have a 220V line in the place where you are installing the charger. Many households already have a 220V line (electric dryer, air conditioner, etc.). Otherwise, you'll need an electrician to update the panel and get the line working.
