For this to work, I had to get a pre-configured custom Raspbian image emailed to Kuman (contact info at kumantech.com). The instructions in the box and on the included DVD didn't work for me - I must have spent over 4 hours before asking Koeman for help. After you've received a custom image via email, no settings are required at all - just map your SD card and it should work straight away. I'm currently using it as a photo frame. When you install fbi you can write a script that iterates through the images in a folder. You can install feh to specify a file full of URLs to scroll through images online instead of locally.
