Good:1. Easy to wear on the cat2. Funny gift3. The laser has multiple modes and is aimed away from the cat's eyes, so it's relatively safe. Bad:1. Doesn't work very well. The laser is either hidden by the hair or blocked by the chin. In general, this is a good idea, but not very practical. Maybe it's more suitable for short-haired cats with small heads?
