I used this set the last time I stretched my ears. Got infected at 00g and finally decided to start over last September. Advantages: surgical steel. Stop talking. - Any additional O-rings are useful. - I really like the care balm that goes with it. - Stable quality. I ordered this set from the same seller 2 years ago and it is the same quality today as it was then. I regret not having received the silicone. - I'm not sure if this is a product malfunction or a problem I'm causing, but after about a month in the same size, the o-rings start to loosen more easily, eventually I lose the o-ring. a ring, then a fork, and then I have to buy a set of forks or stretch to the next size. Basically it's those damn lugs on the fork. They really are the worst. Also, someone reported that cones are the "main cause" of stalls. Not true. Too rapid growth is the main cause of cracking. I've never had a stroke like most people who stretch with care and common sense.
