Thing drives me crazy iPhone 12 plus is too heavy for it so it keeps facing down and falls with the clip and not held by the suction cup. Also, it can't charge 12 plus with the screen open. If you use GPS, the phone will eventually die. So if you have a big phone this will not work. I want it to be like a big guy's concept. Update: Apparently they have great customer service, I was contacted and offered a free replacement which worked as it should. I think I've gone bad. I'm leaving it at 4 stars though as the charging doesn't keep up with my phone when using GPS for a long time. It also got my phone very hot at one point, causing it to shut down for the first time. It was a hot day and I fixed it by turning the AC behind him. Other than that, this is a great product that is very useful for those who need their phone while driving and often get out of the car.
