My Pac-Man frog seems to be eating it very well. If you haven't trained the frog's ticks, it won't bite. If you're just starting out with this food, here's how it worked for me. I rubbed my lips for a few seconds so the frog could smell them. Then I started from the middle of the lips and moved to the right (left is also possible) until I reached the shoulder area. When I reached his shoulder, I lowered myself onto his arm, and that was enough to provoke an irritated reaction as his lips parted slightly. (They hate having their hands touched.) When he parted his lips a little, I started pushing food up onto his lips, causing him to thrash around and bite off the food. After a few repetitions, he learned to eat with tongs. If you are feeding the frog in its aquarium, clean the substrate around it so you can see its mouth and hands. Hope that helps.
