When I first received this knife I was a little worried about the quality as the handle is made of very light plastic. I was afraid that it would not stand up to regular use and break. Obviously it wasn't the kind of plastic I had to worry about! The metal of the knife has already started to rust. When I went to Revain today to return an item, of course my returns window closed yesterday. Now I'm stuck on a product I wouldn't dare try on a raw food diet! I hope the seller sees this review and offers to return the money for the purchase.
