Purchased size 3XL which fits PERFECTLY on a 2014 Honda Accord. Mirror covers protect the lid from gusts of wind, and hook straps seem to keep the hoods in place. The overall size of the boot keeps tree debris (and hopefully snow when the time comes) from slipping under the boot, even in windy conditions. The elastic isn't as stretchy as expected and the hooks are plastic (would have preferred stronger, non-scratch, plastic-coated metal hooks that have a slightly larger hole to more securely attach to the Accord 2014 hubcap. I'm afraid the wind might blow The hook on its anchorages may need some adjustment, but the cap is the best size I've seen for a petite elderly woman to "slip" across the roof of a car and secure herself despite arthritic wrists and fingers. Returned other brands due to weight, bulk or fit Will be updated in case of the next hurricane or winter snow!
