Nice knife! - Paring Knife
As soon as I took this knife out of the box I was impressed. The knife is heavy and feels good in the hand. It takes a little getting used to as it's a bird's beak type knife, but it's great for peeling tomatoes (if you don't want the skin on it). peeling garlic etc. I mainly use it for freezing oranges from our orange trees. I tested it on a few oranges and it worked great. Definitely makes my life a lot easier. I have to say this is the best paring knife I've ever owned and I highly recommend it!
