I hate using sunscreen because it gets slippery and smells funny when I start sweating while exercising. I checked several of these sleeves for both compression and SPF. I play a lot of golf and it gets very hot. When I put them on for the first time, I was surprised at how cold my hands were. I was able to complete a full golf swing with no problems. I also have a case of tennis elbow in my right elbow. When I put the sleeve on, a gentle squeeze helped ease the pain while gaming. I also love that I received FOUR pairs of sleeves with this order. My wife and kids all "stole" a few to use on themselves!
