This short sleeve wetsuit is perfect. The material is thick, which is what I wanted. I wear it to swim in a heated pool but I'm a pushover with cold water! I think it would be fine for most in cold water. This little dress is a bit short for my upper body and it cuts in a bit, so I wear bikini bottoms underneath for comfort. Otherwise I don't need anything underneath. For reference, I am 5'2" tall and weigh 100 lbs. and got a small one. But above I am also very small, and the small one is almost too small. So if you even my weight/height but better turn, you may need to increase the size. By the way, I'm Dean's wife!😁 Not Dean!
