Runs quietly and cools my Pi. LEDs on the fan are not required (I think RGB on everything). Installation on your Pi 3b+/4b takes about 5 minutes. Pros: * Quiet operation * Keeps the Pi cool for retropies * 6mm + 5mm active cooling (2.5 5mm + 5mm would be better) * You'll want to stack the thermal pads to get the right height (pads have the wrong size) * LED on the fan (it's bigger because I think it's not needed) Notes: Most casual users won't need that big a cooler as most applications don't stress the Pi to keep it warm enough to do.
