Review on πŸ”‹ Dianamix Cordless Lithium Battery Cartridges for Enhanced Compatibility by Bradley Wacks

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Powerful! (a little too strong)

I had a small room made up mostly of beadboards that needed embossing. I got pain in my hand and wrist just thinking about work so I decided to look for a wireless option and DIANAMIX was well priced. After about halfway through the room, here's my rating: Professional: - A smooth bead of sealant forms as long as you hold the trigger. - The piston will retract a quarter of an inch when the trigger is released to relieve pressure. .-It can be easily disassembled with the included cleaning tool.-It has a lot of power.-The battery lasts sooooo long on a single charge.Cons:-It's heavier than I expected. I'm sure the weight is listed somewhere but I didn't really think about it. It's not bad, but after holding it for a long time it can be a drag. - It's VERY strong. Almost all problems with this tool stem from its excessive power. High speed settings and/or fully depressing the trigger can cause the piston to loosen the backing of the sealant, causing a major mess. The tool must not be used to apply a very fine bead of sealant through a tip with small holes. The tool is ideal for thicker materials such as construction glue. The darning takes some getting used to and the realization that you still have to clean up after the beads. This relieves the wrists and hands enormously, which otherwise tire from the use of hand weapons. Overall I am happy with my purchase but wish there was a way to reduce the power a bit.

Pros
  • Sealing Guns
Cons
  • So far so good
