Works great in boxes, houses and pens

I have four dogs and I like to give them space to run and play without worrying about them getting too cold in the winter. I bought this and actually put this in the shed we use as a makeshift kennel and it has worked brilliantly. just plug it in and get started. Temperature control The temperature control was perfect for our situation. The winters here are not very cold so we don't have to worry about freezing temperatures most winters so I needed something where I could control the temperature so it wouldn't overheat the kennel. The temperature controller is easy to use and easy to set to the desired temperature. The size of the device is comfortable. It's not so bulky that it takes up space, but it's large enough to heat the entire area. Dogs sometimes prefer their own kennel to going inside! Anti-Chew Cord The cord is one of the things I like most about this device. It is specially designed for dogs. Of my four dogs, two chew and it lasted all winter with no problems. The metal keeps them from chewing through the cord, and the cord is thick enough that even a few bites won't be a problem. Tips Here are some things to keep in mind. 1. This is a heater and should be treated as a heater except that it is installed.2. I would suggest considering the size of your kennel before assembling. You want your animals to have enough space to feel comfortable, but also a place where they can work effectively. If you have a small kennel, I would install it on top of the kennel. ii. If you have a large kennel I would suggest mounting it on the back wall for maximum warmth.3. Consider the products you use for insulation. If you are using hay I would either replace it with a blanket or something flat or always mount it on the blanket. All in all, as long as you follow the instructions and set it up properly (mount it on a tree), you and your pups will be warm and cozy this winter!
