Bad all around Washers
First of all I think the washers were just loosely thrown in the box and then the box was badly taped because my wife lifted the box and the washer fell out. You can shake the box and hear the pucks jingle inside. I tried one washer and it was about 5/8" as pictured. I would return an unopened box with any number of washers in it, but I would spend more money on gas to drive to a UPS store, than for a refund.
