Now about what I personally have not yet encountered, but judging by the topics on a well-known site ( google w3bsit3-dns. Com Ninebot KickScooter Max ) everything is still ahead.

1 - sooner or later the rear wing cracks. An example of where it is cracking in the photo (already glued). People buy and collect all sorts of supports for the rear fender. Also in the photo.

2 - Steering column. A very weak design, in the presence of loads on it, apparently, it will break in the most unexpected places. Including people complain about the detachment of the caps of some of the top 6 screws; Various breakdowns in the folding mechanism; And even a breakdown of the most basic steering tube. Pros

Famous brand. Probably you can hope that it will not burn the house when charging. The built-in charger itself, you only need a cord, as for a laptop power supply. On the box of the scooter, it is beautifully written about all-weather and IPX5 standard. (True, when your hands reach the reading of the instructions, it says that riding a scooter in the rain is not allowed. ) Neat design and generally atypical for the Chinese production.

Cons

The actual range seems to be around 40 km +/- for D mode (25 km/h max) and around 35 km +/- for S mode (30 km/h max). Due to the low landing, you have to constantly look out for the road and decide in your mind the matan - to slow down or not before the next exit/arrival on the curb (or other elevation change) and drag it in manually. Didn't count twice in a month. Once a curb, another time a slightly non-standard speed bump. The headlight is not bad, but it shines too close, it feels like the speed is more than 15 with only its light is no longer comfortable in terms of visibility. There is no handle on the back of the scooter - in order to move it up / down a few steps, you either have to fold it or hold it only by the steering column.
