I recently made a replacement ignition part purchase from the online store run by QYL, and I have to say that I was extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the replacement parts and the level of customer service offered by the business. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. To begin, the actual components had a terrible level of craftsmanship throughout. They did not suit my car correctly, and after only a few weeks of use, they started malfunctioning, which resulted in my car stalling unexpectedly while I was driving down the road. I called QYL's customer service department to inquire about getting a reimbursement or a replacement, but the representative who answered my call was unhelpful and condescending. The representative that I spoke to gave the impression that they were uninterested in my concerns and made no attempt to assist me in finding a solution to the problem that I was having. In addition, the shipment and handling procedure was a sluggish and ineffective process. My order was processed and shipped after a delay of more than a week, and when it finally arrived, the packaging was damaged and the components were not properly protected, which led to further damage while in transit. In general, if you are looking for replacement components for your vehicle, I would not suggest going to the online store run by QYL. Because of the low quality of their products and the absence of any kind of customer service, purchasing at their store is an unpleasant experience for me, and in the future, I will take my business elsewhere.
